Skyrise Greenery Sharing Session 2012

Following the success of the Greenroofers Session, which was last held in 2010, this upcoming Skyrise Greenery Sharing Session seeks to engage with various parties ranging from industry partners to educational institutions to building owners in exploring various avenues in which everyone can contribute towards the Skyrise Greenery network in Singapore. This upcoming sharing session will allow us an opportunity to update and inform participants on the various developments of our Skyrise Greenery Incentive Scheme since 2010 and other opportunities in which participants can leverage on for either their businesses or institutions. It will also provide a forum for participants to approach us with any queries they may have and engage in one-to-one discussion with NParks staff.

Singapore Garden Festival 2012 - Skyrise Greenery Exhibition Booth

Once again we are back at this year's Singapore Garden Festival 2012 to showcase the latest developments in Skyrise Greenery in Singapore. Check out the Singapore Garden Festival official website for ticketing details.

The group from Longwood Gardens, USA, touring various Skyrise Greenery installations within the Central Business District. Tour sites included the 'Hanging Garden in the CBD' at 158 Cecil Street, the rooftop garden at Orchard Central and Esplanade and the green walls at F1 Pit Building.

SIA-NParks Skyrise Greenery Award Ceremony 2010 @ International Skyrise Greenery Conference 2010

International Skyrise Greenery Conference 2010

Conference participants were treated to a two-day conference during which the SIA-NParks Skyrise Greenery Award Ceremony and a trade fair were held. On the third day, conference participants were taken on a tour of Marina Bay Sands SkyPark, Pinnacle @ Duxton, Gardens by the Bay & Marina Barrage, The Orchard Residences, Keppel Club- Reflections by The Bay and the rooftop garden at 141A Toa Payoh HDB Multi-storey car park. Skyrise greenery seminar + Site tour for China Vertical Greenery Association Group

This two-day event featured both a skyrise greenery seminar and a site tour of various skyrise greenery installations around Singapore. The seminar featured speakers from NParks, Singapore Green Building Council, Singapore Building and Construction Authority and various industry representatves. Members of the China Vertical Greeny Association Group were also treated to a tour of various skyrise greenery installations such as the 'Hanging Garden in the CBD' at 158 Cecil Street, the green walls at F1 Pit Building, the rooftop garden at Orchard Central, the Sky Park at Marina Bay Sands, the green roofs at Marina Barrage and the green roof at a HDB carpark in Toa Payoh.
